Heidi Montag, 23, star from The Hills, underwent her second plastic surgery procedure. The only difference this time around under the knife she went through 10 different prcedures in one day. She even admitts to People magazine that she has a problem. "For the past 3 years, I've thought about what to have done, I'm beyond obsessed." SMH, she never needed surgery to begin with, and after she got her boobs and nose done a couple years back I thought she looked great, if she keeps on shes gonna look terrible. Her new look is featured in the new issue of People scheduuled to hit news stands Friday.
