Yup after a 4 month relationship, Russell Brand proposed to Katy Perry during their romantic New Year get away to India. On the night of the the proposal, sources say the couple arrived to dinner by horse and carriage. They dinned in a garden lit by candles and the beautiful star filled sky, and at midnight the special request was asked and accepted. Up till now i was convinced things like that were just fairy taled story books, good luck and CONGRATS to the happy couple!
